"pretty poor customer relations policy"

Bought a vibe for the wife, used it once,then it failed, despite changing batteries etc. Phoned Honour (they claim a returns policy if faulty) but had to argue for a replacement. Sent it off, but instead of a replacement, it appears the same article was returned,now working, with better batterie, but with no apology,explanation,or refunded postage. Not even sure if the returned item was actually the one I had sent, most disconcerting, and not the sort of customer treatment indicated by their stated policy. I doubt I would purchase any thing further from them. Not a lot of Honour here!
PS what are the term and conditions below???

PPS 29/8/14 So much for the repairs??? It worked once for about 20 seconds, and then nothing, despite numerous attempts and changing of batteries. Regardless of Honour's claimed response to my review, there has been no contact, so I shall be seeking a refund!!
