The website is great, easy to use and logical. Payment was easy by debit card. E-mail confirmation came through with full information. Tracking number was provided so item could be tracked on Royal Mail website. Item ordered on Sunday night and arrived on Friday (there was a bank holiday Monday so 4 days in reality which is superb. the item was on Easter offer and had free delivery so no complaints. The item ordered, however was too small, the size chart was checked but when it arrived it was tried on and too small, gutted. Returned item back by post and currently waiting for update. I can't comment on return procedure as it was only sent yesterday and that would not be fair or constructive.
