Great and quick service, only negative is that the size that ordered didn't really reflect high street sizing, in theory using the size chart it should be fine, however when the item arrived it was smaller than expected. That is more my failing.

Initially there were some technical issues with the online payment system and none of my cards would go through to make the payments. Luckily, when I called the number provided on your web site I was directed to a lovely lady called Chelsea and she dealt with every single request in the most professional and efficient way. She was very helpful, clear in her explanations, very kind and patient with everything I had to deal with. She's most definitely an employee to be valued and a great asset to your business.
I was also happy with your flexibility in regards to being able to order extra items and to choose the best and most suitable one's in the comfort of my own home. I can assure you that most definitely that is the way forward for online shopping.
Deliveries were right on time even though they were placed in the last moment and the process of returning some of the items was easy and straightforward. The refund of my money was also super fast and with no complications or delays.
I was very happy with your service and I have already recommended your shop to few of my friends. As far as I know some of them have already made orders :)
