Unless the product is to be used over a wall socket or you are recommending I take the stack of a eurpean plug > converter > extension lead socket into my bed,, this product is completely useless. I've read your returns policy and I've emailed twice to ask if you can sort it out, with no more expense to me. Clearly, the product was mislabeled. You have admitted as much, and you think I would believe it is the first one you've ever sold. Your company has taken me for £50. Well done and good luck.

I love the choice, the clothes are very well made and no hiccups when delivered. The only one thing I would have a tiny moan about is my pvc skirt I ordered although nicely wrapped flat did have a fold line on it where it is stored flat and folded. I didn't mind as it was mostly on the bottom of the skirt but had it been on the wonderful top I purchased from the shop in Waterloo I would have been disappointed and probably would have returned it. Apart from that I love Honour and will visit again!
