I ordered two items only one showed up when I asked why it hasn't come they said they'd call me back and let me know when it's shipped, I waited for the call but it never came and I called again the following working day they said it would reach me that afternoon but it didn't and i called again the next day they said its being shipped that day there was a packaging error. Clearly messing me about I just asked for a refund and asked for them to send me confirmation nothing was sent. Horrible experience.

If ordering make sure you order the correct size. If wrong ordered and your requesting an exchange you have to pay p&p fees. If item/s become unavailable of desired size you won't receive full amount paid back to your account as they will ship items of desired size if available minus the out of stock and charge you p&p fees, so you won't get your full refund of your of our of stock items. I wasn't made aware of this... First time customer and now the last... They even made p&p fees the special next day service charging myself alot and it's really not worth it .. avoid
