Overall I had a pleasant experience with Sound Affects and I really liked the Kramer SM-1 I purchased but the overall quality checks before the guitar is sent out needs addressing because the 24th fret had been chipped and the binding on the neck has glue residue on both sides presents, I’m unsure If the QC issues was done where the guitar was made but I would appreciate If the website sold guitars as described because the guitar has been used and isn’t new so my guess is that’s why it was on sale but don’t list it as being new when it isn’t. (Update: I sent the guitar back after Paul got in touch to issue a refund)
