We have used Urban Surveyors twice now, both times for a Level 3 Building Survey. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic and the exact same service delivered each time. The arrangements through the office were hassle free and easy. Garrett checked in with me each time to confirm his instruction and establish if there were any particular concerns I wanted addressing. On completion of the survey, Garrett takes the time to call and give feedback ahead of the report being issued. "Level 3 Building Survey / Home Buyer Report"

We instructed Urban Surveyors to conduct our Level 3 Building Survey. We are first time buyers and Garret was very informative and gave helpful advice to us through the process of 1) deciding what survey to undertake 2) the access arrangements involved and process of the survey 3) explaining all the information included in the report.
His report was very detailed and included many photos as evidence, as well as observation for if/when we sell the house later.
Thanks to his report we managed to reduce the house purchase price and are now well informed about the necessary repairs needed on the property.
