There are plenty of flavours to pick from but I personally picked green tea box. I should say this tea helped me to cut an amount of sugary juices and other soft drinks. I absolutely loved the box and all the information that comes with it. The box included a great selection of 'shades of green' tea - which have been fantastic. The glass tea infuser is so convenient and I absolutely love it. Also the information the the tea process and types of tea is useful
