Still no contact or birth certificate, I would advise anyone wanting to use this service no to bother unless you enjoy being robbed. Use the government site it only took 4 days from ordering to arrival.

Do not use this company, I ordered mine on the 23rd dec 2024 which cost me £39.95 but I was ok with that if it was done properly, was meant to be with me by the 6th Jan 2025 but hadn't even been dispatched by that time, tried calling left a message and sent 2 emails with no response. I got the certificate through the door today on the 9th with a receipt attached to it for £15.20 that was including delivery, I've been scammed as I paid 39.95 avoid at all cost folks don't give them your money. Robbers

Ordered a copy birth certificate on 31/12/24, paid £34.95 for urgent delivery, should have arrived 3 Jan and received today. However, the best part, it's not even my certificate, it's for someone else, what a total breach of confidentiality. Waiting for someone to contact me to put right.

Been a customer for almost a month now, all good for now. Except they ship the standard plan with 2nd class post, which sometimes gets very delayed. My advice is to change it to 1st class post.

Used this service to print dozens of certificates for my workplace. The signup process was smooth and I was impressed by the dashboard they provided me to design certificate. However, it was missing a few styling elements when it came to placing gold foils on the border and the dashboard kinda breaks on the mobile. Everythings else was decent. Cheers!
