Customer service is great and the product I bought (mommy bag teddy white) is amazing. I am so exited to get to use this beautiful bag. I ordered it from outside Italy, since I could not find the bag locally, and everything since the website, until de exchanges with Family Nation personnel until the day I received it was incredible. I love the store and I loved the product. THANK YOU!

I see some reviews saying excellent service. These must be posted by employees or owners of the company because they have no customer service. Look at the BBB reviews on them. I ordered a photo locket bracelet for my wife. Cheaply made. One handle was broken on delivery. I have emailed them twice. Their site says will respond in one day. They haven’t responded in 2 weeks on either. This site has one response that suggests a customer check their spam & trash for email response. I do that every day. They have not replied. Do not trust this company. It is a joke if you need to contact the. maybe that is why they have no customer service contact number. They have no customer service. Do not order from them.

Terrible experience. I purchased online before Christmas but nothing arrived. Some friends used the website in Italy to send gifts to Canada and there were extra importing fees. Very unprofessional.
