"The single worst company I have ever…"

The single worst company I have ever dealt with.

And I mean beyond shocking. This is not an impulsive message; this is borne from an experience lasting over 18 months.

The systems repeatedly fail; customer services have been 100% IGNORING emails and calls for months. The only person who responds is a manager called Kim.

You have been warned.

"Do not give this company your business"

We unfortunately chose Peach to be our IT partner in 2019 and the experience has been horrendous. As a small business the move from the old systems to the new was abysmal and left us with no phones, email or systems for several days. Once they have your business the customer service team are rude and abrupt and simply couldn't care less. Many of them don't even care to respond to complaints.
Avoid like the plague!
The engineer who came to install the systems was more concerned about planning his drive home than addressing the remaining issues.
We have plenty of emails and evidence to support all of the above.
We are currently seeking legal advice.

"Very bad experience"

The salesman sold us a system that he explained we would be able to purchase at the end of the three year term. When the term was up we were told we could not and the salesman had moved on. This continues to cost us a fortune and wish we had never signed up to them.
