My magicians name is Jay. He has made my experience with Probate Advance very nice and stress free. My situation I am in now is very complicated and Jay has gone out of his way to make sure I have been satisfied. And I am highly satisfied. Jay works first and foremost very professionally with me treats me with the utmost respect and very kind. I have been working with him since June of 2023 and still am to the present day.

Jon was excellent to work with, he made the entire process simple and was true to his word. Great customer service and very professional. To be honest I was skeptical at first but Jon assured me during the entire transaction and I am extremely grateful for him.

Was initially shocked to see a letter in the mail regarding my late father, however this couldn't have come at a better time. I called in to give them a piece of my mind and Jon took the time to hear out my frustrations and let me vent. He explained the process for a financial advance towards my inheritance and helped me get an amount way more than I was originally expecting, just in time for me to help pay the bills that were collapsing around me. The fee was a bit high but compared to when the attorneys said I would actually get paid this was a way better alternative for myself. All in all I have to say this was a blessing in disguise.

"Can't Get Off Their SPAM Mail List!"

This company sent multiple mailings to all of the heirs of our late mother's estate when it was obvious to them that we were dealing with the probate ourselves.

They ignored a request to cease and desist spamming heirs with their mailings and caused much confusion with the process.

This company searches public records for open probate cases and SPAM mails all heirs (which are listed with addresses as public information in a probate case) and then attempts to get heirs to settle for less than they are due by offering the settlement "quicker".

My advise... don't pay to engage with this firm unless you want a substantially lesser payout from whatever estate you will be receiving from.

One example when I called them was for a hypothetical $50K inheritance. I learned that they would only 'advance' you about a third of that amount, roughly $15K, and then... IF they were able to recover their money from the estate within three months, you would pay $6000. Yes, that's a 6 with three zeros! If it took longer for them to recover you would pay substantially more, potentially EVEN MORE THAN YOU ORIGINALLY RECEIVED if the probate proceedings drag on for several months.

Do your research...

"Unprofessional business practice "

First of all “NEVER “ use this company at all cost. They are an unethical, corrupt company. They never return calls , they “ALL” lied about everything and most of all, deceptive and dishonest in trying to take your money during a time of your loss of a family member. They give excuses not to follow their words but if you make a mistake , beware they will try to rip you off. Unprofessional and shady practices. You will regret the headaches if you use this company!!!!!!! Probate cash is better.

"Bottom feeding scumbag advance loan scammers"

These lowlife scumbags scour probate records and then repeatedly call and junkmail solicit people grieving loved ones to hawk their fraudulent advance loans. Despite being told repeatedly to stop contacting us, they continue. There are complaints against them on the BBB site and all over the Internet for the same thing and they don't stop. No legit company would operate in this manner.
