SInce March when we placed our first order, Rob and the team have looked after us really well. Nothing has been too much trouble. And our first 30 orders have been printed and delivered without any sort of problem. The documentation is clear and the website easy to navigate with some very nifty features.
I have just taken delivery of some gloss laminated postcards and I wanted to say how delighted I am with the quality of the finished product.Not only that, the shrink wrapping, taping and boxing has all been expertly and professionally completed. It is great to know that I can put my full confidence in those orders placed and delivered direct throughout the UK on our behalf. I see that “Robert Jones” packed this job – please tell him it was faultless!

Tried using Marqetspace after getting an unsolicited promo pack in the post for business customers. Was looking for a new printer as our existing one had increased their prices 63%.
I should have twigged when they called to check about the sizing as we needed a custom size crop of a normal A6 flyer. Both sets of the same job arrived cropped across the artwork, smaller than the dimensions we'd requested, they were badly packaged in a box 6 times bigger than the print work and some of the leaves were damaged.
They gave me a credit and a goodwill bonus to try again. This time my area rep got involved and they turned out great. Right size, well packed.
Third time around, I ordered two lots of creative with a very strict delivery date, which I was assured could be met, with 5 working days lead time. One set arrived in 2 days, the wrong size - massively scaled up from the original artwork, but I was assured the other set would still arrive on time. Instead, no delivery, and it seems they have shipped it a day late, meaning it will now not arrive for the event they are needed for.
Makes me and my company look silly to my clients. The previous printer, Solopress, might have been more expensive but at least I could order something and it would be with me within 48 hours, correct, well printed, the right size and properly packaged.
They can't seem to handle a custom print job that isn't just a standard size. They can't deal with artwork supplied with trim and bleed marks like a normal printer and they don't seem to care that they can't get it right. I'd rather they just said, Sorry, we can't do custom jobs.
Will never use them again.

"Good quality, but poor packaging and delivered late"

I have recently ordered business cards for my client's employees in packs of 250. While the quality is very good and the overall timescales are fast, the cards were just bound by a bit of plastic and delivered late. I would expect business cards to be delivered in some kind of box, no matter what the quantity. It looked very unprofessional of me to deliver business cards that were loose once the plastic bind was cut. Also, I paid extra for delivery before 12.30pm, but I didn't receive them until 2.20pm.
