Used this printer a number of times and have been happy with quality and service. Just had problems with 5 different orders and instead of addressing the issue they want to blame the way the files were supplied. (Files passed their preflight software) Get what you pay for I suppose.

I like this very simple process. Choose the required product, upload a design file PDF for print. Pay and wait for delivery of the finished printed items. And reorders are even simpler.

I had informed my client that it would take a at least a day longer and they were so happy to receive not just the one job they were expecting but the other too that wasn't expected to arrive until much later.
