"Custom design with customer satisfaction "

Me and my partner went to buy a wedding ring for him, as we found the company and fell in love. He was gifted a braclet with the purchase. After a few months of him being so happy with that, I arranged with the fabulous team to have a custom necklace made to match the bracelet. Let's just say that he is extremely happy!! We both love the designs and care put into it. Can't wait to get married so he can wear the ring and jewellery all together.

"Alternative rings with an alternative price to wedding rings!."

What can I say! Amazing experience from start to finish.

My fiancé and myself were looking for some alternative rings and came across this small brand. Peter made the experience really chilled and also made me feel more confident about wearing a ring (I'm not a ring wearer!)

He also determined exactly which depth of colour and weight I should go for in the metals and feel very lucky for coming across this priceless advice.

"Poor quality rings"

Poor quality rings. I bought a tantalum bevelled edge ring which was great when it arrived but it scratches very quickly and now looks extremely dull. I wrote a review on their website which they deleted so don't trust the reviews on there.

Would not exchange a wedding ring for me, I'm now less than a month before my wedding and ring-less, and £360 down.
I understand they have a 14 day returns window - what good is this when people buy wedding rings literally months or years in advance? I have a health condition that has resulted in some swelling in my joints, I could never have known this at time of purchase..
The ring has been in its box for 12 months and is as new, there is literally zero reason they could not re-sell it and give me a size up.
I originally went to flinn & steel as I wanted a local (sheffield) based independent company as I've always thought that's where the best customer service lies, guess not.
