Very good prices were offered, I didn't need to contact any energy provider myself. Termination letters were provided for me to sign and send, any queries were handled by EAL, meaning any communication was made on my behalf by "friends" who knew the ins and outs of energy.
The frustrating part is the response from existing energy providers who make switching difficult.
