We ordered two electric sliding roof lights of which the products were fantastic, well built easy to install.
We had a problem with the larger of the two, where the mechanic and the MD of the company came to the house and sorted out the problem.

The service was excellent from ordering them to having them delivered. Nothing was too much trouble and the team are very friendly and very helpful.
Would definitely recommend them.

Our architect recommended Duplus Architectural Systems for a roof lantern to fulfill requirements on our proposed building project. I telephoned the Roof light Division Manager at Duplus in Leicester who I must say was absolutely brilliant. Expert knowledge and so helpful. We ordered two lanterns and paid the deposit. Duplus more than met our expectations, and despite Leicester entering a second Corona virus lockdown fabricated and delivered promptly (less than a two week delay on planned delivery). Excellent. what more can I say. Our project was delayed at the start of building, and as a result the lanterns had been stored in the garden. But now, finally installed and look fantastic. Brilliant. Well done Duplus!! Would definitely recommend.
