"Pretty poor customer service. Cheaply made door."

Pretty poor customer service. They refuse to accept that the door we purchased came without vital instructions which meant that our builder damaged it trying to fit a handle which can't be fitted because the door has concealed glass. Their argument is that we should have searched the packaging until we found the instructions which explain that the door cannot be drilled. We didn't find this because no one knew we were supposed to be looking for it. Very unhelpful when I asked them to take some responsibility for poor warnings regarding this vital piece of information. They disassociate themselves by saying that LPD is not actually the manufacturer.
The door itself looked good but was pretty flimsy and badly made inside. It's badly designed and poorly packaged. Seems to be made of some kind of cheap board.
