I have been diagnosed with asthma. My GP is informed and the medical letter was provided by the consultant specialist to the GP a few days ago. I placed an order 6416ff-e6647d for inhaler with The Independent Pharmacy yesterday, 13 Dec 2023 and pharmacist Andy Boysan, rather than checking with my GP that all this is real, he just sent me an email saying that they refuse to provide me with the inhaler. I call it ignorance.
Not to mention that I have already been charged £79.84 like the order was completely honoured.

28 Dec 2023: ok Independent Pharmacy. If it’s as you say, will you now sell me that inhaler for me to have it in case I misplace the one prescribed by my GP?

Dodgy website and never received my medicine. Placed an order on the 07/12/23, for which I never received a confirmation email. The medicine was supposed to be delivered between Saturday and Monday 11/12. On Saturday 09/12 I logged in to check if I have a tracking number on there, but instead I found a message from a pharmacist, I guess I will never know who that was because at the beginning of the message they sign with a name and at the end of the message they sign with a different name, asking me to validate my identity. This was fine, I wish i knew about this before I placed the order or at least send me a confirmation email with this information so that I know what I have to do. I have immediately uploaded my driving licence to prove I am a real person, however today 11/12/2023 i logged in to find out that the order has been cancelled. The reason was that the medicine was for my husband but the pharmacist cancelled the order because I was a woman and I was not allowed to order it for my husband! Honestly this is beyond ridiculous. They advised for my husband to create a new account and order it himself. This is not just a waste of time and money, it is the most ridiculous thing i have came across ordering online and it is also sexist! I haven't received any refund yet so I really hope I will receive a refund otherwise I will take this further!!!! I took screenshots of the messages and my order so i do have proof of this order!!! I don't need a reply back, I need my money refunded so that I can forget this website exists!

I've recently used their service to change over meds after my doctor failed multiple times to follow through with appointments. It was really easy and I didn't feel interrogated, if anything, the agent who I spoke to over the phone was really lovely, well informed and helpful. It really felt like not only do they have your best interest at heart with the amount of effort they put into making sure your meds are right for you, but also listen to you, and allow you autonomy which is awesome. I'm totally sold and will be using them regularly from now on. As soon as the prescription cleared which in my case took a few days, it arrived really quickly after, safely packaged and stress free.
