I've dealt with 100s of customer service individuals but never one that can out do Daniel. And that's no small thing. I've owned and managed several complies both large and small. In doing so I've been responsible for various CS teams. Without question Daniel is the best I've ever experienced.
To put this in more context, I can be a very difficult customer. I ask 1001 questions and can very picky/pesky. with this noted Daniel was never, not one time, annoyed or frustrated (or at least not that I could tell. That in itself is amazing.
As for the watch itself --- perfect..!
It truly is a wonderful piece of craftsmanship.
So please do not hesitate if you're looking for a great watch at a very reasonable price point give them a try. You will not be disappointed in Zjani's product and certainly not Daniel's customer service.

Ordered a watch in December for myself for Christmas. My fault for late ordering at busy time of year. Watch arrived before the end of the year. Great communication by Daniel via email regarding the shipment. Once dispatched their tracking facility was great and I could follow my watch as it made it to my door.
