"Poor Customer Service"

I’ve utilized CF before and had no issues. However on this occasion I’ve run into a problem. The ability to resolve the issue through customer service zendesk support is poor. The outcome of a printed canvas is of a high quality. I just hoped their customer service was the same.

I explicitly asked for a specific inside frame size to be checked and this was not done. So all I’m getting is push back that it’s on me. It would be great for someone to call me and provide a resolution in an efficient manner.

Very responsive and helpful staff, very good quality print (75x75cm), even though just from a jpg. Perhaps would look even better with pdf upload capability?
