Placed an order for three hats, get an email from them saying cause of system error one hat is not available, was given an option to refund or choose a different hat, unfortunately after spending an hour on their website nothing was available in my size. i requested due to their system fault they should refund me the money for the one which is not available and should throw another hat of their choice as compensation and wasting my time because on this stage my delivery is late too. last thing i get is a long email from someone called vicki giving me a lecture, and because they were in better position so they cancelled my full order. wow without even my confirmation. i was buying first time and i buy 3 to 4 hats every month this is how they lost a customer. will tell all friends and family to avoid using them. good luck
