We called them in and explained that following the installation of a new radiator (not by CWS) we found we had a problem with our heating as several of our radiators were little more than tepid despite the boiler working properly. CWS efficiently diagnosed the problem and carried out remedial work without fuss and very efficiently. Now all our radiators are working.
