Worst experience I ever had.
I received a document that didn’t meet the requirements when I provided them with everything they needed. I asked for a new one written from scratch, 15 hours later the same document with sent with a few alterations without taking my comments into account. After that, they assigned a new expert who asked for a whole day to do the work leaving some of the requirements behind. I asked for the requirements I specified a million times which was a simple design 16 hours later nothing was sent and then they sent one with a horrible design and none of my comments were fixed. I had to do the work myself, and a whole day later the expert still didn’t send the updated version.
They take too long to respond , they take 10 hours or more just to edit a simple thing or they just ignore snd send nothing. After all of this horrible experience, customer service rudely asks me to stop typing in the chat box and wait on them after 3 days of waiting.
The only positive thing about this horrible experience that the quality of the THIRD copy sent was good. Even though it was full of grammatical mistakes that I asked them to fix and they didn’t so I had to do it myself.

Never working with them again and I advice anyone who is reading this not to.

It's really all up to luck and RNG when using services like this, depending on who actually ends up working on your order.

You cannot falt the function of the programs that are written, they work and the code is somewhat efficient (NOTE: Previous assignment was around 800 lines of code, worked solution through my learning institution did it in ~630)

The issue is that if there are requirements like docstrings or comments, sometimes it's really half-arsed even when you do pay the extra for in-depth explanations.
For example; my assignment required a docstring under ever Class and Function explaining what it did in a sentence or two and also explain Parameters and what the Class/Function Returns if applicable. This was done for only about 20-30% of the time. Everything else was left with a """ """ to indicate a docstring but nothing was written in there. Quite dissapointed with that, even when I payed extra.

Communication could be better, I have a feeling the person you talk to is just a 3rd party/messenger and isn't actually the person working on your assignment which isn't completely comforting as a customer but I'm sure their system works for them.

It is not the first time that I have used this service and honestly I do not think it is the last time either. They have reasonable prices (after comparing to different services) and the service is professional. I have always been satisfied with the final product and the marks were always higher than what I expect.

Since they're very consistent, I don't see a reason to choose another service. I still recommend it to my friends in real life if they're looking for help.
