Very fast delivery and processing despite the pandemic - often next working day, and friendly customer service. Be aware though that due to Covid restrictions cutting their staff numbers by 50% mean their phone lines can't be answered, and customer service email replies are slow, so patience is needed if you need to change or cancel your order at the moment.
