I am very satisfied with the experience! Initially, I was searching for a set of original PJ chairs but decided to reach out to Srelle for questions I had about new productions. Constanza took the time to explain the history and how "original" doesn't necessarily mean vintage. She also explained that new productions can be considered "Original Chanidgahr Furniture". "Premium Quality Modern Furniture"

I wanted to buy a chair and table for my work from home setup. Si checked few options at Srelle. I got the exact something what I was looking for. Its amazing. Quality wise and even design wise as well. I will definitely recommend Srelle.

"DO NOT BUY FROM SRELLE."

DO NOT BUY FROM SRELLE.
Have paid for the furniture in full months ago and now no one at the company will respond. Have contacted them on email several times no response the contact number on the invoice is a dead line. They delete posts on instagram account. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY.

"Be careful - this shop is a scam!"

In october, we bought the library bench from the Srelle shop for 1.185€.

When we received the package, one of the legs of the bench was broken. This was definitely due to the very poor packaging of the bench. It came in a very weak cardboard box, not sufficiently strong for the shipment of a wooden bench. The bench itself had no sufficient protective covering. The rest of the box was stuffed with remains of waste products which smelled horrendously. This waste was supposed to to serve as protection. Nowhere on the box was indicated that it contained a fragile product and required careful handling. Not something you would expect from a professional company.

When we reported this to Srelle, they apologized and literally told us we could keep the bench or throw it away. They would send us a replacement bench instead. This was in October 2023.

Three months several emails later, we have still no replacement bench received.

In the beginning I wanted to believe them but after 4 months I'm very sure that this company is a complete scam.
- The quality of the product is completely different than the pictures on the Srelle webiste. The bench we recieved is worth not half of the 1.185€ we paid, even if it was not broken.
- A professional company ships its product in a decent cardboard box, fully protected, clearly stating on the box that it contains a fragile product and it should be handled with care. None of that was the case.
- A professional company does not make false promises.

I'm very sure that all the positive reviews on Trustpilot are paid reviews by Srelle. Hard to believe they are real.

Sus muebles hechos a mano, son realmente exquisitos. La atención al detalle y el uso de materiales de alta calidad hacen que cada pieza sea una obra de arte. Si buscas muebles exclusivos y únicos, Srelle es la marca de confianza. Los recomiendo mucho por su artesanía excepcional y su capacidad para añadir un toque de sofisticación a cualquier espacio.

"Product different than on website, forced to pay shipment back to India, horrible customer experience"

PRODUCT PHOTOS ON WEBSITE ARE MISLEADING

I ordered the darkened office chair from the Srelle website, which in the photos is a dark brown color with a clearly visible wood structure. The chair I received looked black and was varnished with such a dark color that the wood structure was hardly visible. I was unhappy with the product and wanted to return it.


RETURN POLICY ON WEBSITE NOT UPHELD

Srelle’s website clearly stated that products should be returned to their warehouse location in Berlin, Germany (where I also live).
Since the return link on the website was broken, I resorted to writing an email requesting a return. Srelle replied that the chair could only be returned to a warehouse in India and that I would be responsible for all return costs and customs procedures. These instructions clearly contradict the return policy on Srelle’s website.


RETROACTIVE CHANGE OF RETURN POLICY

After I pointed out this contradiction in an e-mail, Srelle completely ignored my e-mail and chose to instead change the return policy on their website to match the instructions they had given me. Luckily, I had screenshotted and date-stamped the original version.


MISLABELED CUSTOM DOCUMENTS

Since Srelle (the sender) refused to process my return over e-mail and provided no functioning link on their website to do so, I would have had to independently ship/export a 17-kilogram package to India and fill out various customs forms.
It is noteworthy that Srelle mis-labeled their own customs forms for my shipment with a lower weight and much lower product value (Srelle declared a product value of $125 while I as a customer paid over $900).


IRGNORED CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

Srelle has completely ignored all of my latest e-mails while the 30-day allotment for returns is quickly running out.


WHAT I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED

- Srelle should have offered to cover the return costs given the product I received does not match the product photos
- Srelle should have respected their own return policy and allowed me to return the chair to the adress specified
- Srelle should have offered a functioning return portal or link to process my return
- Srelle should have answered my emails thoroughly and in due time

I highly recommend that Srelle channel its energy into better customer service instead of legally dubious behavior. I consider this the worst customer experience I have faced to date.
