"I paid for my chairs but they totally disappear"
I ordered my chair super excited to receiving it until I came across this website and I went very concern as all recent comments showing they have issues and took money and MIA. Turned out it’s the same for me, I tried to email just to get a peace of mind - nothing. Left on social media (they keep updating IG!) and they immediately deleted my comments, and now just hide my activities completely so no one can see but me. I contacted my bank and told them what happened and lucky they helped me raise a dispute - THEY STILL DONT REPLY THE BANK! Covid prob hit them hard but there is no reason to take new buyers money and disappear. It’s absolutely unacceptable and just want to warn other potential buyer think twice before buying from them. Especially for retail customers like us - they could be better with distributors or KOL (which u saw from their Ig account) but otherwise stay away!

"An absolute SCAM"
Only several months after ordering an Easy chair, I have received the pictures of the final product that had nothing in common with Jeanneret chair. It looked terrible, just a pathetic parody. Only after several inquiries, they agreed to cancel my order and make a refund, but before I got my money, they disappeared. Only now, four months later, I have finally returned my money, thanks to my bank that helped with it. Be aware of this company — this is an absolute scam!

"Do not buy at Srelle"
Do not buy at Srelle! Be very careful. They seem corrupt and untrustworthy. We have a credit with them, which they have been ignoring completely for the past three months, without ever replying. It's impossible to reach anyone there. So be very careful before you purchase anything with them.

"7 months later - No response, no product."
Similar experience as others listed here. Ordered a chair July 2021. It is now almost February 2022 and I can't get a response from the support team, despite multiple attempts.
Update - I commented on one of Srelle's social media posts asking for a response, and they deleted my comment without acknowledgment.
Update - March 2022 - The chair arrived, but the wood strip holding the cane webbing in place broke upon first use. A support representative did finally respond when I sent pictures of the defective item, and their advice was to fix it with screws.
Also, a seat pad that was part of the original July order still has not shipped.

Stopped responding to my emails regarding the order that is overdue now. At the same time, they continue to reply to the new sales inquiries. Phone numbers - both in Ireland and Belgium are set up as a voicemail.

Received chairs correctly but still waiting for the seating pads. No replies on my email asking for expected delivery or a refund.

"Very poor communication complaints"
I ordered 8 chairs here of which 2 chairs broke the webbing within 1 day. They have promised to contact us immediately, unfortunately this did not happen. Cannot be reached both by telephone and by e-mail. After 4 weeks of calling and voicemail, there will be no call back. Hopefully there will be a response in this way.
