"Anniversary failed"
We want to surprise my parents in Spain for their anniversary. And saw that internetflorist.biz is able to deliver flowers in the local area where my parents live.
I have ordered New York Roses, first they told me that only the red roses are present by their supplier, I agreed that red roses for there anniversary is a great combination, so the order will be delivered on time.
First I noticed on the day of delivery, that there was no communication, I even called my parents to if the flowers where delivered, they told me that has been delivered, yet.
I made contact with the customer service UK, they told me that they were waiting for their supplier to give any response back. It will be delivered by tomorrow 6 february.
This evening I made a call to their call center: "+44 203 109 0569" the person told me that he came into the office and need to check what have happen. He told me to call back 5 minutes later, I have waited for 10 minutes and did call back, but no response.
I have send about 10 mails about this issue, but I haven't received any explanation or good response, my advice would be that I will never order any flowers from the company again, it feels like they don't care that the flowers are not have been delivered, when my parents had there special day.
It feels like a scam.

Do not order with them. I went through a local florist to deliver flowers to a friend who is ill. Paid a lot of money only to be told days later that the delivery could not be made, and if I wanted to have non-wilted flowers delivered, I would have to pay more. Unbelievable! Do not order from local vendors who work with this group - or at least do so at your own risk.

"A scam"
A scam? I tried to order flowers throw Mexicoflorest.com I believed. I put the selection of 72.00 on Friday to be delivered Sat or Sunday. There was no confirmation of order to trace. I saw the order on my Apple Pay as internationalflorest. I had no idea who this florist was if not for Apple Pay daily review. So, I waited Sat then Sun then Monday for delivery. I put a hold to the cc Then late Monday I get an email for reply, then again on Tuesday asking for confirmation of the order.The flowers were never delivered. I looked them up others had a similar experience, even going as far as calling them a scam.

Ho spedito fiori e non solo non sono stati consegnati, ma l'ho scoperto il giorno dopo.
Avevo chiesto che venissero lasciati alla portineria di un'azienda, ma ho scoperto dopo, che DHL non fa questo servizio.
Peccato che tutti i siti de e-commerce di fiori lo facciano, perché si appoggiano ai fioristi locali che fanno le consegne e non a DHL come fa questo sito.
Servizio clienti pessimo, che risponde con frasi fatte ,totalmente sconsigliato
