Flowers were much paler than the photo on the website. I appreciate that flowers are chosen depending on seasons and what the florist has but it was quite different to what I wanted sent.
Flowers did last long though.

I absolutely loved the roses, and I really appreciated that they were delivered on the same day. However, the delivery time was stretched longer than expected. What I didn’t like at all was the message. I thought it would be printed or presented nicely, but it was sent on a piece of paper with rushed handwriting, and it looked unattractive. This detail could definitely be improved
