"Delivery not in time "
I had ordered the flowers for my Mother's birthday on exact date the day before the scheduled delivery. The order was accepted and I received a confirmation that the flowers would be delivered on a certain date. In the end, the flowers arrived a day late, which was no longer actual. No one warned me about the delay, the customer service took a very long time to find out about the delay. No excuse compensation and spoiled surprise.
Don't recommend this service if you need to be sure that your order will be delivered in time.

My order was placed last minute for same day delivery. Although I had my doubts, the flowers were delivered on time! In addition, I did not have the address of the person who the flowers were going to, and so I used the address of a family member instead. When the flowers were delivered, and the driver understood that it wasn't the 'correct' address for the recipient, they offered to deliver to the correct address and they did! THANK YOU for the superb service!

The flowers were extremely disappointing !
I ordered a bouquet that should have been orange and yellow.
My friend in Paris received a limp all green selection. Definitely not as described and a complete waste of my money ! The bouquet was meant to cheer her up after a bereavement. The result was very embarrassing for me.
I will never use your company again and would advise other people stay clear of your company for fear of disappointment ☹️

"Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday…"
Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday for 17th December. She lives in Australia and they were ordered well in advance. Flowers did not arrive! I even had an email saying that the delivery was successful.
Due to it being the Christmas period, I couldn’t do much about it. When asked for a review I replied that there had been no delivery.
Apparently, it was investigated and I was asked for a photo. My reply was “Will an empty vase do?”
After 3 weeks my money has been refunded but my sister didn’t get her birthday bouquet.
Won’t use interflora again, not had this problem with other companies before.
