I did my online order in Otjiwarongo, Namibia for delivery in Lilongwe, Malawi. From ordering to payment and and delivery, all went so smooth way beyond my expectations.

I bought one bouquet of roses and one bouquet of lilies, for separate people, to be delivered on the same day at the same place.

Instead, two bouquets of combined roses and lilies were delivered, on separate days (one was late).

The flowers were selected for specific people and instead it made it seem like I just bought generic flowers for both people.
