"Flowers Delivered Looking Great"

The flowers looked great and my mom was very happy receiving them on her birthday!

"Just Don't!!!"

I had a disappointing experience with this flower delivery service. After placing my order, about 100$, I did not receive a confirmation. Over an hour later, I email them to request an update, and only then I receive the confirmation.

Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived. I emailed again and was informed that there was a backlog, and they were working on the delivery. Even after waiting an additional 30 hours beyond the scheduled delivery time, nothing arrived, and I had to follow up again via email, right after this mail they replay that the delivery arrived... but it didn't.

"Ruined Christmas "

I was suppose to get a delivery on December 24th 2024 in Jamaica. It said it for delivery until about 11pm then said pending. My boyfriend contacted them numerous times as it was suppose to be a surprise. They told him it was going to be delivered... Its now the 27th and still no delivery. I would never recommend this company. Also... They sent me a text to ask if i got a delivery.. I replied no... Zero follow up. My Christmas surprise was rotten ruined, and the lack of communication was sad.
