I payed 100 dollar for a bouquet flowers thy didn't deliver it thy even didn't look to the zipcode and stop the communication so I realy pissed about this company just cheaters that overprice everything and even not deliver

"Ordered roses that were shown to be…heart shape arranged"

Ordered roses that were shown to be arranged in heart shape per Valentines day. What was delivered was 35 flowers in a vase. Which I could have ordered anywhere if thats all I wanted. The reply I received after I showed them what I ordered and what was delivered, is that they were sorry, it was due to being so busy during Valentines. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

"They never delivered and refuse to refund"

I ordered a small bouquet for Valentine's Day from this website for €120. After reaching out to support, I was assured that the delivery service was reliable and professional, which convinced me to proceed with the purchase.

However, on February 14th, nothing arrived. At 5 PM that day, I contacted the website to inquire about the delivery status and received the following reply:

“We are currently awaiting delivery confirmation from our local florist. Please kindly note that on Valentine's Day the florist has the entire day and night to deliver the flowers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”

The chat was then abruptly closed, leaving me no chance to respond. I waited until midnight, but the flowers still did not arrive.

Today, on the 16th, I reached out again to report that the delivery never occurred and to request a refund. The response was a curt “The order was delivered,” after which my ticket was immediately closed.

Not only was the service disappointing, but it now appears they are trying to keep the €120 by simply dismissing my refund request.

"Unaceptable ! "

Unaceptable !
I ordered a gift with flowers on 10th of February, for a delivery on 13th of February, to be sure to have it delivered before Valentine Day. But nothing happened.
But on the website it was noticed as "Delivered". But it was totally wrong. My girlfriend never received the gift. Even 2 days after, nothing happened.
I do not recommend this vendor. It's not reliable at all.

Update 17/02/2025 :
After a long discussion with vendor, they finally deliver the gift but the gift have nothing to do with the picture of the website. I paid 89€ for a bottle of Chilian wine (8€) and a red roses (2€).
Be carreful with this vendor, you will overpay for a bad service and ordinary product.
