the packet came on the time , and about delivery everything is ok.

But the bouquet of flower was much smaller than i ordered. I ordered extra size and came so small less than it supposed to come in standard size. More leaves than flowers.

I live in the USA and I used this company to send flowers (along with a fruit basket and chocolate) to Athens,Greece for a birthday.
Paid whatever they asked me to and I asked them to deliver between 10am and 1pm due to nobody being available to receive them another time.
They emailed me during that time window asking for an additional $32 delivery fee because the delivery location is in a remote area. Since when is Athens (the capital city of a Eurpean country) in a remote area?
Regardless, I paid the additional fee because I had no other option and no time to send the flowers using another service. I was charged $35.44 (don't know why).
The flowers got there at 6pm and because there was nobody at home to receive them they left them at the next door neighbour! Keep in mind that I wanted to be incognito in all this.
There was no card with a message in the flower bouquet and the delivery guy told the neighbor VERBALLY the massage that it was supposed to be on a card! The chocolate was completely different than the one it was supposed to be and the flowers were in their last breath.
