Tja, da bestellt man extra Blumen mit auf der Seite entsprechendem angepriesenem Lieferdatum und verzichtet also auf die welche man eigentlich will, weil diese erst einen Tag später lieferbar wären und was ist? Das Geburtstagskind steht ohne Blumen da, weil diese nicht Termintreu geliefert werden. Wenn ich Sonntag die Bestellung aufgebe erwarte ich mir schon, daß diese dann Dienstags geliefert werden kann. Immerhin kamen sie dann am Mittwoch und waren Hübsch anzusehen.
Man hat mir 20% auf die nächste Bestellung angeboten aber was helfen mir 20%, wenn dann nicht pünktlich geliefert wird? Ich bin weit weg von meiner Familie, mit dem senden von Blumen als kleine Überraschung versuche ich etwas Freude zu schenken. Muß ich mich wohl um was anderes umsehen. Schade. Wenn ich für meine Fee in Russland Blumen bestelle, dann gibt es Anbieter die sogar das Termintreu schaffen. In Mitteleuropa ist man da wohl schon überfordert und man spielt in der Lotterie.

My order was a deluxe bouquet of white and red tulips but then they said they don’t have the red ones so I can change color, then they just gave 5 white and 5 pink the white ones nourish they open but the pink ones died closed
I paid them 68£ for this poor service
They don’t even gave the name card
Also the message paper was having 2 holes in it
They didn’t even send me the picture of bouquet before delivering
Overall : Very much expensive with poorest services. Not worth time and money

I also have the pictures when they delivered and now when half of them (pink ones) dying even not getting open

The flowers were not delivered on time as promised. It was for a birthday, and it was a great disappointment. The Bruneian florist did not do his/her job.
