"UKPA are helpful knowledgeable and efficient"

I am so pleased to have found UKPA, their help relating to the register of overseas entities was invaluable last year and this year again where able to liaise with Companies house and provide further advice on an ongoing matter.

"Free 15 min consult? More like Pay us £300+ VAT"

Their website clearly promotes book a free 15 min consultation. When I enquired about booking this and included the topics I wanted to cover in the 15 mins , I got an email back saying they charge £300 +VAT for an hours consult. No mention about the free 15 mins consultation.
This is misleading and shortsighted it puts people off from potentially becoming a new client.

***I wanted to update this , since writing this review and giving feedback of my experience, they have reached out and offered to make amends , which honestly I didn’t expect, so I will give 2 stars instead of 1 , I hope the next person who contacts them will have a better first interaction, it’s a shame it’s taken 3/4 emails back and forth to get them to realize how important it is

I managed to find another company Galloways accounting in Brighton who offer a full service and Gemma gave me a full hours consultation free of charge. That generosity was repaid ,as I’ve just moved my accounting personal and business to them.

So if your looking for an accountant, maybe worth checking this one out

I had 2 self assessment to be dealt with (one after the HMRC due date). I had several phone conversation with different employee of UK Property Accountants till my requests were clarified and being appointed with relevant service.
The detailed e-mail communication and clarification phone calls from UK Property Accountants continues till all my requirements were clarify and all necessary documents submitted.
In my case savings from the taxes were more than the amount I paid for 02 self assessments.
I might be able to do next self assessment alone, but I am convinced that for the self assessment 23/24 will use again UK Property Accountants.
