Extremely insightful analysis regarding minimizing expenses (in my case, catalog reduction) while maximizing margins (upselling add-ons that have far higher profit-to-expense margins).

Breadth of fresh air here, wasn't sold a method, rather he had me break down my logic for doing every step of what I was doing, and guided me to come to many Revelations in regards to ecommerce. So strategic, humble as well, no flaunting of what he has. This made up for the debaucle that was the aforementioned Instagram "ecom influencer".
