"Great kit , wasn’t use "

Great kit , colour matched perfectly , easy to apply and comes with the tools to do the job. All the stone chips and scratches have disappeared so I’m really happy with the simple process and results. The instructions are easy to follow and anyone can use it.

I have left a 1 star review in February, chipex responded via the Trustpilot portal to ask me to get in touch which I did some weeks ago and *nothing* no response offer of a refund, nothing!
It appears they are responding to people's reviews only to show willing but not actually bothered at all about customer service.....

Great colour match, have used on 2 vehicles with metallic paint.

Edit* i only made this review as I was offered an incentive. The company since offered a measly 5% off voucher instead. Customer service is really lacking.

I have used Chipex several times over the years with no problem. However this time I ordered a kit there was no paint in it. I understand errors happen and because they have been spot on previously I emailed asking if one could be sent out and I waited several days and received no reply. I had to go through PayPal for a refund.

I have used paint chip repairers in the past and have tended to go for the cheap pension type applicator which always gave me pretty poor results. The Chipex kit is more expensive but comes with all the necessary equipment and very simple instructions. I am very pleased with the end result and the colour is a perfect match. I can hardly see the repair.
