I headed to the Lema Clinicin Istanbul from London Gatwick on 24th February for dental work. When having something as complex as this done, you need to put full faith in your dentist and the Lema staff, which I did and they didn’t disappoint. Their communication is excellent and make sure your health is put first. The hotel they organised along with the VIP transfers, were fantastic. I have nothing bad to say about the clinic and would highly recommend Lema to anyone looking to make life changing changes to their smile.

Sono partito dall'Italia è da quando sono arrivato in Turchia ad oggi ho avuto un 'ottimo trattamento io è mia famiglia, tutto il personale è stato super cortese è professionale. La nostra assistente è stata LINA che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio rendendo il processo piacevole! Dott.Musab è la sua assistente Deniz ha realizzato il sogno di avere un sorriso da Hollywood è vorrei davvero ringraziarlo!Ti organizzano tutto loro,il trasferimento dall'hotel alla clinica e viceversa con autisti gentili è auto nuove !Se dovete andare a LEMA DENTAL CLINIC fatelo senza alcun dubbio!Ve lo consiglio vivamente 👌

I had my teeth done in Lema last month. I am obsessed with my new smile and honestly I cannot thank you guys enough for it. You have changed my life. I was feeling shy whenever I wanted to smile and I was always covering up my mouth while laughing but now OMG I am a new person 🥹 My teeth were displaced and I had a bit of underbite. I cannot believe this is me now just with crowns. I love this place and I am soooo thankful of your whole team that made my life wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone that has this issue. Lema is a life saver❤️

Ich habe per Whatsapp das Angebot bekommen und haben es bestätigt. Wurde von Flughafen abgeholt und zur Klinik gebracht. Dan war ich bei der Zahnärztin die auf meine Zähne kurz geschaut hat und fertig war !) "keine 20min"betreuung & hat mir ihre Empfehlung gegeben hat und sich verabschiedet bin dann mit Begleitung in eine Lift in den 2-3 Stock geführt geworden wo auf mich 2 Betreuerinen gewartet haben, da wurde mir die Materialien gezeigt ( 2 Arten wo die 1 Art sofort mit NEIN nicht zum empfehlen also blieb nur das was Sie verkaufen wollten übrig) und der Preis war deutlich über das Angebot was mit mir über Monaten besprochen und bestätigt geworden ist .( über 1000 euro mehr)! Für die zwei unhöflichen Damen hat es überhaupt nicht gepasst, dass ich nachgefragt haben warum es erhöht ist und eine Erklärung von den Materialien gerne hätte. Die eine Dame ist aufgestanden und hat mich mit einen erhöhten Ton angeschrien wo die andere auf türkisch geflucht hat! was mit mir los ist und ob ich betrunken bin!! Hab natürlich alles abgesagt und wurde sozusagen rausgeschmießen ,und mit der Antwort sie können jetzt den Transfer bus ebenfalls zahlen und schauen wo Sie hingehen! Es ist alles dort FAKE nur mit einen lächern ist die Kompetenz nicht da & wenn man sich erkundigen möchte und nachfragt wird das nicht gerne angenommen, da hier nur auf die Quantität bezogen ist und nicht die Qualität und auf den Menschen Bedarf! Die Betreuerinen ( deutschprachige ) sollte unbedigt einen Verhaltensschulung einlegen sowie die zweiter die auf türkisch nur geflucht hat. Nie mehr wieder

La clinica Lema oltre ad essere STUPENDA e super arrrezzata di ogni confort è stata anche una famiglia per tutta la durata del mio trattamento.
Dai primi messaggi su whatsapp insieme con Maria, all’accoglienza di Ertu (mio traduttore) super educato e tantissimo disponile.
Disponibili i proprietari e la vice direttrice.
Ho scelto Lema clinic per chiudere il mio diastema con faccette EMAX e poter arrivare ad un colore bianco super e così è stato! La mia Dottoressa Emine mi ha supportato e sostenuto anche nei momenti in cui avevo paura senza mettere fretta a nessuno.
Li porterò sempre con me nel mio cuore.
