Placed order over the Christmas period. Very happy with my purchase and had a fabulous sale price and discount offer. Dispatched very quickly, unfortunately Royal Mail let me down on the delivery timescale.

Appalling customer service from this company. I ordered a tartan blanket online for a Christmas gift. The order was confirmed on December 7 with delivery guaranteed by December 13. On December 15 I had heard nothing, so followed up. I was assured that a priority had been placed on my order and it would be delivered within 48 hours. On December 16 I received an abrupt email advising that my order had been cancelled as the item was out of stock. It is now impossible to source the item before Christmas as the deadline has passed for all other suppliers. So I will be wrapping up an IOU at Christmas.
Why was the stock not checked before the order was confirmed?

"Disappointed!"
Ordered three items on 2/12/23 and following nine emails and one phone call later I finally have received one of the three items. Disappointed that by the time they took to pack my order the other two items were no longer available! I am so cross as now it leaves me without two gifts when there isn’t much time left before Christmas. They refunded the two items but for all the inconvenience I have had I didn’t even get my postage refunded! I was reassured by the email replies and phone call that all items would be with me this weekend, some chance! I won’t be buying from them again for sure. I can’t believe that the company survives if they offer a service like this, utter rubbish. They are a complete let down to me to say the least!

I paid £8.98 postage and when i checked track and trace i found my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the seller who advised I should wait 5 working days for Royal Mail to investigate. This is extremely disappointing as my contract is with you the seller, not Royal Mail. Tartan Weaver, please either send me the goods or refund my money. Its the sellers duty to resolve the matter with the customer and then escalate your complaint with Royal Mail. Terrible customer service.

Four scarves were ordered 24/11/23 and delivered 7/12/23 after contact with Tartan Mills about the delivery date. Quality was basic for cashmere and colours were not as vivid as on the website. Two were without any individual packaging and had become very creased, needing ironing. As all four were for Xmas presents, I was disappointed.
