Product not described correctly, scratched and came in a scruffy box with the wrong charger. Admittedly there was no problem with returning the item, except the waste of a journey to pick it up. Then one assistant told me I had to claim my money back on line, but thank you to the experienced assistant who did it for me.

Great service and great product, I'd purchased a Samsung G7 1440p monitor as a treat for myself, to my dismay at the time it had arrived with a dead pixel on the screen but this is a known thing with monitors, i'd put the blame more on Samsung here and was not the fault of the Outlet store. Within a week Justin had organised a new one, I sent mine back and a new fresh monitor arrived a day or so later, absolute beast of a monitor and I couldn't be happier. I'll be using these guys alot in the future now not just because of the prices but due to the service Justin provided.

To begin with I was a little bit dubious about purchasing from this site as I had never hear from them, but how wrong was I. the service and prices are fantastic and the product is exactly as described. I will definitely be using these guys again for future purchases
