I have booked on numerous occasions and everytime my session has been cancelled. When buying my tickets I was never told that they could do weekends only. I have called numerous times just to be signposted to different places. Eventually I called and asked for a refund by which they told me to email them and explain why I would like a refund and they never got back to me. Quite rude and abrupt on phone too. Altogether appalling service.

I was contacted by several different agents to start with, by phone email and text message , this is a little discouraging as you really don't know who you need to speak to.
After talking to first adviser, I was told that venue is available, and I can call back to book.
When I called back next day the same person told me it isn't available after all as the calendar wasn't updated.
I have decided to call different person who told me it was available and he sorted it all form me. Roman at the end gave me a good deal. good experience at the end, although the journey through previous advisers not especially.
