"The item I ordered never arrived"

The item I ordered never arrived. The tracking link was closed.
I emailed them twice and never received a reply. I tried contacting them on the phone number listed and it was disconnected.
Very disappointing.

"No longer operating?"

This website is now unavailable. I ordered my items about 3 weeks ago, worth $90, and no sign of them being dispatched and no communication from company. Now I see the website is unavailable, the bad reviews here and comments on photos on instagram wondering where orders are. I can only assume they are no longer operating but were still taking orders. I have lodged a dispute with my credit card provider.

"No care for customers"

I have ordered the same product four times previously and have received a 2nd email saying my item has been shipped. It has always arrived in good time.
However, a recent order of the same product has gone missing. I didn't receive the 2nd email or the parcel and although I have sent 3 emails and filled in a contact form, I've received no reply. Out of pocket big time for a pensioner.
