Everything went wrong from the moment DPD failed an attempted delivery, not giving me the chance to try and redelivery (as per tracker) instead leaving my order in a safe shop which I could not access.
Had to contact them and was told that would receive it Tuesday which never happened.
Asked for a refund as this parcel had not leaved yet but was told that they could not do it...another email from them 1 hour later saying that it had left pharmacy and refund was not possible for that reason which clearly goes against refund rules.
And if this was not enough was sent an email to fill a questionary of how was being my experience with my medication...
No need to say they will not catch me again.
