"I would give 5 stars and perfect review but…"

I would give 5 stars and perfect review only if they would fix my issue with real time data on tradovate, on trading view (tradovate, trading view add-on). Everything works great except real time data that isnt really real time, im getting one update on data every five seconds. I was told by their own discord moderator that that isnt supposed to be like that and to contact support. Support cant handle my issue for a long time now, 3rd day.

I have futures account
I am currently in challenge phase.
I dont have any issues with anything else and i tried restarting everything multiple times like support told me. Also loging in and out of everything. Tradovate on trading view connection also works perfect. My only problem is real time data for CME group that i am supposed to get for free without paying extra.
