"I have ordered a matress via phone"
I have ordered a matress via phone, shold have been delivered 6 days ago. Called the company, they said that "They are very busy, and that delivery will be the next day in the afternoon." Still waiting, no delivery. I am very disappointed and frustrated!!!

"The worst service I have ever used!"
Of any service I have ever used, this was by far the worst. I ordered a mattress for next day delivery, and was told it would be here by lunchtime. After waiting around at home until 3pm I decided to call the company, and was told not to worry, the mattress would be there the next day and I would receive a call before they brought it out, and they would work around my schedule. I allowed this, as I know companies can sometimes fall behind. The mattress did not arrive, although I waited for their call, and ensured somebody was always at home for the following 5 days. After 1 week I called again, and when I asked why my 1 day delivery had now exceeded a week, the manager laughed saying "would you believe, he forgot to deliver it". I informed him that it actually was not that funny from my end, as I had been sleeping on a couch for a hectic week, which consisted of working night shifts alongside my college graduation. I also did not see how someone could forget to deliver a mattress, as they're not exactly the most subtle of objects, but did not pose this question for fear of sounding 'sassy'. I was told the mattress would be delivered the next day or the day after. Or the day after! When it was already 8 days late!
As it happened, it was delivered neither the next day, nor the day after that. I called at 1 pm on the second day to ask whether my mattress was on the way and was told it could be delivered that evening. I told them that I would not be around that evening, as a friend was having a birthday party, and that I had been told it would be delivered that day. To this, the manager replied "well it's one o' clock in the day now", as though I was the one leaving it late. I told him that I had waited around at home enough times and that I was entitled to other engagements besides waiting for a mattress to arrive after eleven days. I was told my mattress would arrive the next day. When I called the following day, I was told it would arrive the next day. When I told them I would be working that day and that I did not see how I was not at the top of their list at this point, and how unacceptable their service was, I was informed that the other day he said he would deliver the mattress but I said I would not be home. Again, as though this ordeal was my fault. I told him that this was the first time in, at that stage, 11 days that I had not been available to accept the mattress and that I was now sleeping on a couch for nearly two weeks, so I would like the mattress either on this day or not at all and a full refund. He told me I was unreasonable to expect a mattress to be delivered the next day, which I don't understand, as I only expected this because this was the time I was told by him that the mattress would arrive! He agreed to give me a full refund, but I now fear I will have to hassle him to even get that. I also do not now currently have the money to buy a new mattress until that money comes through, so will be sleeping on the couch for the next forseeable future.
All in all, this company did not provide ANY service, were outrageously rude, and showed zero signs of respect for their customers. I could not recommend this company less. I have never written a review to complain about a service before in my life, but I feel the need to inform as many people as possible to stay away from this company. You would be more efficient buying the materials from across the worls and assembling a mattress with your own hands than relying on these people to deliver one from 15 minutes away.

"Stay well clear of these!!!"
I ordered a mattress on the 13th September. The website advised 5 - 10 days for delivery. 3 weeks later and no sign of the mattress. I made a query more than a week ago about when the delivery would be and was advised by Adrian it would be early last week, which it never was. I then requested yesterday for the order be cancelled and a refund issued, but never got a reply.

"STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!"
I wish i had read the reviews about this scam company before i purchase a king size bed on 21st of August, 3 weeks after countless emails and voice calls i got a call from a semi-illiterate man, he told me i will get the mattress on a Saturday, nothing happened till this day ( 25th of September). I made the purchase through PayPal, i hope they will return me the money. Please to all people out there, stay away from THEM !

"Charged of 400€ but never delivered and never answered when contacting them"
I ordered on this website on the 18th of August, paid almost 400€ for a good mattress with a fast delivery because I have awful back pain with the one provided by my new tenant. 21 days after I have no news of my order, tried to contact them by email, through the contact form, tried to call at every numbers provided several time... mattress.ie is just mute, it's impossible to know what happened but I have been charged for this transaction. I won't let them fool me, I am very angry. Never had such a bad experience with an online shipping, worst shop I ever dealt with.

"Unless you enjoy making pointless phonecalls"
We ordered a double bed, including a mattress. We were assured they would be delivered within two weeks. In the end they were delivered after three weeks and while the delay was annoying, it was not fatal. My main complaint is that we were told on at least three occasions that the the bed would be delivered the following day and it wasn't and in none of those cases were we contacted. My impression is that they have an impressive website but not much more. I won't use them again.

"Worst experience on my €240 order"
Placed an online order for a mattress topper and a pillow with the total cost of €240. Card was charged, but no confirmation page or email. Had to chase to confirm on the order booking. Online chat or callback doesnt work.
It is a local delivery, but wasnt delivered or no update received on the delivery for 2 weeks. Had to call him for every 2 days. When I told him that I had to file a complaint, he immediately shipped the topper, but was delivered after a week. Pillow(€15.00) was not delivered yet. Waiting for more than a month.
They are very irresponsible. Worst experience overall. Wouldnt suggest to anyone.

"Worst customer service"
This is by far the worst company I have dealt with for customer service. I phoned to ask about ordering a divan base and headboard 3 weeks ago as we were moving into a new house. I was told I would get a call back about what stock was available but several days later after receiving no call I phoned again. This time I managed to get some information and I proceeded to order my base and headboard. I was told it would be delivered that week. After not hearing anything by Friday I phoned them and was told that due to the predicted bad weather that I wouldn’t receive my bed until early the following week. I explained that I was moving into my house on Saturday and I was told they would send me a temporary base which I thought was quite reasonable of them so I agreed. Saturday came and went and no temporary base arrived with no call to explain either. I phoned them the following week to check the status of my bed and was told it would definitely arrive this week. I then received a voice message later that evening to say my base was in but my headboard would take longer. I phoned the next day only to be told that actually the whole order wouldn’t arrive until next Monday or Tuesday. I asked about receiving just my base and was told that if I wanted they could have that out to me today. I told him that yes I would as I’m sleeping on the floor. He told me I’d get a call from driver an hour before delivery so I waited in all day and no call and no delivery. I’m still waiting on my bed and headboard to arrive. I’ve just had a baby and I’ve a bad back so if I’d have known that I would get this hassle from this company I would have ordered elsewhere. I just wanted to give my business to an Irish company and they seemed reasonable too but I would definitely not be recommending this company to anyone. It now looks like I’ll be sleeping on the floor until after xmas.
