Immediately after clicking "complete your order" I realized I had selected the wrong part. I called in and the staff person was able to correct the order right away, substituting in the correct part. She explained how the automation worked, what emails I would receive, and how the correction would eventually appear. I was gratified to have such great service from a real person - it is getting to be such a rarity these days!

However when the pool was originally installed we never received instruction on how to set up the cleaning unit. The instructions that came with the new cover was much appreciated.
