Ordered a week ago today and still no update on my order. I even messaged and no response

I was very excited to get my phone accessories. I applied everything with ease and was pleased with the purchases. In fact I felt s tho I had a brand new phone! Excellent equality and well worth the money.

Phone case i ordered was not as described, they have a terrible return policy where if the item in not defective they charge you a high restocking fee, so with the retocking fee and return shipping cost i would guess returns never happen. they did ship fast and they do have good prices but make sure you read the item description twice.

They are so quick and I made a mistake on my order I called them and they fixed it before they shipped it out every one wanted about 150 to fix my phone but for 19 bucks I did it my self didn't realize I needed a uv light but I went and got that and I am so glad I did thanks for being there guys

I ordered an iPhone 5 battery AND kit. I only received the battery. I emailed them and let them know I was/am upset. They asked what was missing and I let them know I did not receive the kit. They didn't respond after that. I did not get a refund and nor have I seen the kit in the mail. What a rip off.
