Our oven broke - the fan heater did not work. I called Fixpertize who sent someone out the next day.

The engineer confirmed a part needed to be replaced and that the repair could not be completed that day. He only charged for the call-out.

Over the following days I had regular updates from the office about the progress of the search for the part. It was an old appliance and replacement parts are rare.

They left no stone unturned and when it was confirmed the part was not available they sourced a new appliance at a very reasonable price.

When they forwarded me the price they ensured that the installation fee and disposal fee for the old oven was included. This meant all I had to do was pay 1 lump sum to Fixpertise who then took care of everything, including taking delivery of the new oven and taking the old one away.

So within less than a week of the old oven breaking down we had a brand new one fitted and installed.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have had both my washing machine and dishwasher fixed by Fixpertize and I can not express enough how happy I am with their service. I was nervous about choosing somebody online however they were efficient, affordable and incredibly professional.
Maya who took my phone calls is very lovely and ensured that she followed up to make sure that everything was fixed. She gave me a discount as I was having both machines checked and I was amazed at how cheap and efficient it was and how quickly they were able to fit me in.
Rado who came to repair both machines was very polite and ensured that he thoroughly fixed them. He was open and honest about what the issues were and how much it would cost to get fixed prior to ordering parts and completing the repair.
Overall, I am very comforted to know that if I have any issues in the future I will be able to contact Fixpertize to help.

Excellent service, very clear and upfront about charges, times of arrival, very helpful and friendly lady who booked me in and updated on cost of part etc on the phone (and encouraged me to check other similar services if I wanted re price before booking) she kept me informed of wait time for the part, costs, processes, timing etc. Their engineer was great, polite, on time, good at keeping me informed about what he was doing and super careful to be Covid aware, and to keep the working area in the kitchen, as well as our carpets clean and tidy, as he came through the house. Really great job, speedily completed, rapid delivery of repair, no hidden extras and really super service all around really recommended!
