The deadline was met, even though we placed a last minute order. The customer service was very friendly and correspondence was received on a good timely manner. The products were of great quality and the branding was of great workmanship. We received a lot of positive feedback from our clients who received the marketing material from us. 4) No plan was made for delivery, expected that we collect even though we are 650 km away and then told we were supposed to say "for delivery" - yet no one thinks to mention anything when taking the order?
5) Courier Co turned away because nobody knew about the order instead of picking up the phone?
6) When trying to reach the contact person, only to be informed that the person no longer works there? (in a matter of 2 days ?)
7) still waiting to be contacted by management!

Loving my laptop stand! It's small enough to carry in my bag and assemble anywhere. As a remote worker, this makes a big difference to help maintain good posture. Style-wise, I'm not a huge fan of the plastic but it gets the job done :)

"Bad quality, Disgusting customer service"

I ordered printed suit covers and the quantity provided was very poor and the printing was not as requested. I complained & they promised to refund me. They sent me a link to review them and I wrote exactly what happened and they decided to hold my refund unless I delete the review. We had to fight for almost 3 months for that refund. The quality of products were bad, but the customer service was disgusting. Not recommended at all
